Change can create fear
Fear = powerlessness + unknown Fear can lead to depression and/or anger,
Anger leads to demands for action
Action needs leadership
Leadership (self and overall) needs power + knowledge
But...it is the QUALITY of that power and knowledge that determines outcomes

Reflect upon an example where a great deal of fear over a sudden change in life and/or the workplace created a strong sense of having no power and a great deal of mixed or confusing information for some people... to gain empowerment, people invented their own facts to feel secure and to counter the unknown.
