Review the CLAS Standards and identify one that most resonates with you, or is most relevant to your interests in public health. Prepare a rationale for the implementation of your selected standard.

b) Reflect on the cultural and linguistic competence of nursing home. How does nursing home respond to the diverse needs of communities? What recommendations would you make to improve their organizational cultural and linguistic competence?
