Problem
The theme is diversity and you will want to do some research in the library to find peer reviewed sources that relate to diversity.
Find at least two peer reviewed sources related to diversity (see below for further guidance). You may also incorporate other sources in addition to these two. Cite the textbook when you draw from it as well (but it should not be one of these sources).
For your initial post, due Thursday, explain the following. You can integrate literature into any of the three sections. I realize that the first and second section may overlap and that is fine.
1) How does diversity play a role in your career?
2) For example, I would talk about the role of diversity my I/O work.
3) How does diversity relate to the topic about which you are writing your paper?
4) For example, here I might be writing about coaching and locus and control in I/O work so I could focus in specifically on diversity to these topic areas. However, I might blend the the career/paper theme together and make it clear that my paper goals are deeply related to my work.
5) How does diversity relate to a unit (a new unit you have not previously discussed) from the textbook?
