How does Community Justice helps try to understand the cause of acts of violence such as the recent mass shootings in California, Nevada, and Texas? What does a "criminal approach" recommend we encourage our police, courts, and post-adjudication agencies do in response to such actions and how does this approach compare with a "community justice" approach?
