In order to finish this work, you must first read parts 1-4 of Four Hundred Souls (pgs 3 - 143). Once you read all four parts, you need to answer the following questions for each part:
• What were the main themes of each part?
• How can you connect historical events found in parts 1-4 of Four Hundred Souls to what has been discussed this semester in AFS 105? (weekly lectures, videos, discussion board posts, other book readings)
• In your opinion, why did the authors decide to name this book "Four Hundred Souls"? How do you interpret the meaning of the book title?
