The fight against discrimination started many decades ago. Yet, just in the most recent years, we have seen many events (e.g., hate against Asians during the COVID pandemic, murder of George Floyd and others) that show how we are still having issues with accepting diversity in our society. How do you feel about these issues, especially when it comes to creating a safe and supportive work environment for everyone?
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
