a. Who was on the "Team", where did they work?
b. What was the crisis?
i. Examples of Crisis: COVID-Related Struggles, Job Loss (Termination, Downsizing), Increase in workload, Media-Related Crisis/Scandal, etc.
c. How did the manager/management keep their team motivated during the crisis? Which Theories did they apply? What strategies did they implement to keep the employees motivated(HBR Article)?
