"Corporate Culture" culture refers to the ways that issues are addressed in a workplace. It often reflects the attitudes, beliefs, perceptions and values that employees share in common--the "way we do things around here."
In your opinion how much does corporate culture have to do with overall organizational safety? Is it really that important? Are there other cultures inside or outside of corporate culture that impact overall safety of an organization?
