This is Aboriginal land with a long history that continues to echo in the present moment. You are to choose an outdoors area and do a place walk. Look for what is 'speaking to you' what captures your attention, sparks your aesthetic. While walking on this old country-scape think about the idea of "past-present" and "place-thought" as ways of connecting to Aboriginal places.
The PowerPoint will include:
a) A photo of the artifact
b) What drew you to this artifact?
c) How can you start to see connections to place through this artifact?
d) How can you start to connect this to the concept of past-present?
