Headache is one of the most frequent reasons for people visiting the ER. Many times, headaches are just symptomatology of something more complicated or delicate. An interview is one of the most effective approaches to determine the reason, source, or cause of it. An assertive interview involves open and closed questions. It's important to determine the factors that exacerbate the symptom and how to prevent them to happen.
• Headache is a common complaint that needs to be addressed in an assertive manner, but unfortunately it is often under diagnosed and under treated. Based on after reviewing the literature, how can you discriminate between a benign primary headache from a serious secondary headache?
