Problem: Tara Dactyl was a first year law student and a regular customer at Gamecox Tavern in Columbia SC. Upon learning that she had failed first semester Torts Tara went to the Gamecox Tavern and started drinking heavily. She became very obviously intoxicated but the bartender Chris P. Bacon continued to serve Tara since he knew her and felt sorry for her. Tara finally left the bar got in her car and attempted to drive home. Unfortunately Tara was way too drunk to drive and she hit and severely injured a pedestrian Bonnie Ann Clyde. Bonnie can probably sue the Gamecox Tavern for her injuries under South Carolina's:
