ASSIGNMENT:
For this assignment, think of me (your instructor) as a potential new boss. You are coming in to meet me to interview for a job that you really want. In advance of this job interview, I've asked you to prepare SWOT analysis on yourself.
- Using the template provided please complete the SWOT with at least 2 elements in each area then explain to me:
- How are you actively working on converting your weaknesses into strengths?
- How do you intend to use your strengths to match opportunities?
NOTES: Please remember that an employer wants to see you've put thought and analysis into yourself. That's what makes you a good employee. I don't want to see "fluff" for weaknesses. Also, remember that opportunities and threats are external forces. These are market conditions that anyone in the marketplace faces. They are not specific to you.
