Guidelines:

1. Please follow the proper format for case studies.

2. What I am looking for in the summary of the case is for you to read it, analyze it, and then condense it. Include those points that are pertinent to understanding the case; omit those that are not. This is similar to an Executive Summary that you may have experienced in the business/professional world or other classes. When you have finished, the reader of your summary should have a complete understanding of the case, but with much less detail than provided by the textbook author.\

3. Answer the case study questions completely, using the doctrine provided in the chapters of the text, your analysis of the case, and your experience/judgment. If a question has more than one part, ensure you answer all of it. Be sure to include at least 1 text citation from the course textbook chapter(s) to justify your opinion in response to the questions. You are welcome to include more than 1. If you are unsure how to site, please visit information below on Citations for either APA or MLA, your choice.

4. grammar/spelling/punctuation/etc. are important. Write in complete sentences and proofread your work. In the business/professional world, you are often judged by your correct use of the English language. Therefore, I take this into consideration when scoring your case studies. In that regard, don't let your computer proofread for you. It will let you get away with "rout" when you mean "route", "to" when you mean "too", "manger" when you mean "manager", etc.
