Case Scenario:
You are a Financial Advisor for CIBC having graduated from Lambton College in 2021. You are prospecting young, local graduates of Lambton College who are now in full time employment to determine if you can help them by providing mortgages to purchase their first home. On your prospect list, you have Merryll Klein, Lambton College Business School alumni from 2019, who is now working full time in a well-paid position as an Office Manager at a local manufacturing firm in Sarnia. The information you have indicates that Merryll currently rents and is 34 years old.
This (assignment) will:
- Show your strengths in creating an attention-grabbing, targeted email for your ICP
- Demonstrate your written communication skills
- Relay your value proposition and consider if you can make it emotionally focused
