Question: Identify decision requiring one of these approaches
Here are some decisions which Virgin (see Part case) has faced:
· Whether or not to order further airliners.
· How severely to cut services during the economic downturn.
· Whether to increase their sponsorship of the 2014 Olympics.
· Whether to become involved with Crossrail.
In each case, decide which of the four decision models best describes the situation, and explain why. Compare your answers with colleagues on your course, and prepare a short report summarising your conclusions from this activity.
