Involve the Village and Hopetoun health community in planning and development. To begin this process, you are going to develop an information package for staff explaining how the system will work. The package should include:
• A discussion of who should be involved in developing the system and what their involvement should be
• Identify appropriate strategies to manage socio-technical issues and conflicts relating to the planning, development and implementation of an electronic health record . A discussion of possible points of tension in the sociotechnical system.
• A discussion of standards that will shape the development of the system. You should explain the purpose of the various types of standards, particularly vocabularies, and identify any issues around standards implementation
