Health care policy and cost control are inseparable it

Health Care policy and cost control are inseparable. It could be economically disastrous to develop a policy if the costs of that policy could not be controlled. Some may say that is exactly what we have already done with Medicare, and perhaps with the current implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Of course, those issues are debatable. I am eager to hear your thoughts about cost controls we are already attempting and any alternatives you can suggest.

What are some examples of painless cost control? Are they painless for everyone?
