• Your patient registration desk is always running out of wrist bands for admitting patients on Friday mornings. Is 6-sigma a good tool for attempting to improve this process? Why or why not?
• Have you ever had a problem process at your workplace that should have used 6-sigma to solve it? If so, describe it and discuss the process steps you would take. If not, think of a problem that could have arisen and describe it in detail and discuss the process steps you would take to solve the problem.
