Has to produce on environmental impact statement particularly focusing on Health impact assessment of Nyawamba Hydropower project. The report should include whether the scope of Environmental Impact statement, in their focus is appropriate, whether the method used to assess possess positive and negative impacts , whether the arguments used to justify the proposal ad any mitigating measures are sound? these report should start from the assertion made in the executive summary or conclusions of the EIS about whether the project should proceed?
