Group Dynamics and the Collaborative Effort
Groups take on a life of their own, with a personality driven by the participants, their depth and length of time together, and the amount of contention about the issue they are attempting to address. Using at least three peer-reviewed sources (which you were asked to locate earlier in this unit), assess how group dynamics might impact the community collaboration you are designing. Feel free to compare or contrast your case with those you have learned about already in the course.
Question 1. Evaluate aspects of environment, membership characteristics, process and structure, communication, purpose, and resources that might affect how well the group can work together.
