Understanding the strengths and weaknesses inherent in a community collaboration setting is important because it serves as the underpinning to being able to turn the effort into a successful project. In this discussion, prepare and post as an attachment an initial TOWS analysis for the case you are creating in your assignments. In your post, discuss your findings.
