A hotel manager conducted a quick scan for the hospitality literature and he found that a Hotel's revenue streams are flowing only if customers were satisfied. In addition, Customers are basically satisfied only when a hotel can offer an improved customer service and when the hotel's services are well-differentiated.

• Define the problem.
• Create & draw a diagram explain the Independent, dependent and mediating and moderating variable if there.
• Develop a theoretical framework.
• Develop at least Three hypotheses.
