If you conduct a Kastle Meyer test that is including a positive and negative control, will that be enough to ensure that all tests and procedures are being done correctly and the results are reliable? From my understanding, a positive and negative control will allow you to compare your own results and be sufficient in knowing everything is completed correctly.
