The hospital leadership team has shared that they are beginning the process of applying for Magnet status as a healthcare facility. They have asked for volunteers to serve on a sub-committee to select a nursing theorist as a framework that will be used to guide nursing practice. You have been asked to research the various nursing theorists, and select two to present to the leadership team.

II. Compare and contrast the two selected theories. Detailed description comparing and contrasting two selected theories that includes: analysis of the model concepts; summary of similarities and differences; and a discussion of how all parts of the systems interact.
III. Formulate a recommendation for the theorist that best aligns to the facility.- Detailed description of the recommendation for the theorist that best aligns to the facility that includes four or more elements that support for the recommendation based on the design of the theory and information provided about the facility.
