Fire causing damage and claims on the policy

Assignment Task: Isma owns a small coffee shop, which is insured. There is a fire causing damage and Isma claims on the policy.  The claim is paid.  Sometime later Isma opens a new coffee shop and takes out insurance. The proposal form contains this question:  "Have you made any claim on an insurance policy in the last two years?"  Isma, mistakenly thinking the fire in her earlier shop was more than two years ago, answers "No."  In fact, the earlier fire was only 23 months ago.  The new shop is damaged when a violent storm allows water to penetrate the roof and flood the kitchen.  Isma claims on the insurance policy.  The insurance company investigates and finds out about the earlier fire claim.  It refuses to pay on the new claim because of Isma's false answer to the question in the proposal form. Does Isma have any rights in this situation?
