Find out the moment of inertia of the wheel


An object of 11.0 kg is joined to a cord which is wrapped around a wheel of radius r = 8.0 cm. The acceleration of the object down the frictionless incline is evaluated to be 2.00 m/s2. Suppose the axle of the wheel to be frictionless.

(i) Find out the tension in the rope.

(ii) Find out the moment of inertia of the wheel.

(iii) Find out the angular speed of the wheel 2.00 s after it starts rotating, beginning from rest.
