You MUST find someone to proof read your report, there are many grammatical errors, and phrases such as ‘health warning' above which are not explained. The academic mentors can help, as can study support in the library.
Include the forms I gave you - example contract and list of hours/month as Figures and refer to them throughout in appropriate places.
Add more on your approach, how you organised your project time; choice of development methodology etc etc and what chapters are in the report.
Include references, for example, to what you have read about user interface models in this case.
Again this section needs references and a very clear statement of what method you chose and why.
