In developing your Facebook plan, you should identify which department should take responsibility for the Facebook presence and which should be regular contributors. Keep in mind that your recommendations on updating and maintaining the Facebook presence should draw upon and engage members of the existing organization, while not significantly interfering with the regular duties of current departments and personnel.
