Assignment Task:
Glaciers are responsible for carving some of the most dramatic landscapes on our planet. These systems are extremely dynamic, becoming increasingly threatened by ongoing rapid climate change. What they leave behind however, are giant u-shaped valleys, hanging waterfalls, mountain passes, towering spires of solid bedrock, and sinuously curving mounds of glacial till, all carved out or deposited by giant rivers and lakes of ice. In this section, we will explore landscapes with remnant alpine glaciers to see how both modern and ancient ice has helped shape these landscapes. Need Assignment Help?
