As online learning and training gain wider distribution and acceptance, the interaction between the learner and the LMS becomes a key factor in whether or not learning is accomplished or continued.
Reflecting on your own experiences with an LMS, and based on the course work regarding LMS and the organization you used for your research up to this week, please respond to the following:
Determine the key factors that you feel are the most important in creating a welcoming online learning environment and the key factors that become obstacles to a positive online experience and learning. Explain why you think those factors are important.
