As we have been going through the materials from the book, videos and other resources, a number of key leadership actions/behaviors have been identified to move an organization through a process to create a plan for improving Quality and Patient Safety within their organization.

In addition to the materials we have covered, it is also helpful to focus on key steps successful organizations, in this case, The Mayo Clinic, have taken to achieve superior quality and patient safety. Please review the below article to get an understanding of the next generation leadership.

Using the above article and what you have learned thus far, please complete the following steps:
