Discussion of Nursing Theory:
- Briefly discuss the chosen theory, its origin and use.
- Who developed the theory, when and why?
- What is the theory used for?
- Who was the theory developed for, and who might not be included in the theoretical lens? e.g. Florence Nightingale's Environmental Theory, Watson's Theory of Human Caring etc.
Personal Choice and Reflection:
- Explore the reasons for choosing the theory - What resonated with you? How does the theory align with your values, and/or challenge your assumptions? Need Assignment Help?
- Explain why you have chosen nursing as a profession and determine if it relates to the theory - personal story of why you chose to become a nurse.
- Discuss how you might use this theory to inform your nursing story, including how you may use the theory to practice as a self-regulating nurse.
Analysis of Theory:
- Provide a critique of this theory, including how the theory could be improved and any limitations to the theory.
- How might you change this theory based on the evolution of knowledge and current realities?
- Consider limitations of the theory as applied in diverse healthcare settings.
- Highlight any strengths of the theory and how they could be applied to nursing practice.
- Discuss how you will apply this theory to your development as a future Registered Nurse.

Human Development, Motivation and Emotion, Social Psychology and explain it.
2. Search for a Video that demonstrates a social situation, the video must show people interacting in a social situation. Choose an appropriate credible public video where people are interacting from Instagram, YouTube or TikTok etc. and add the link on the page and in the reference page.
3. Cite & reference this on your transcript.
Write a Transcript (650 - 800 words) which will be the script for your reflection with the under listed format.
- Introduction (80-100 words) here you will briefly describe the social situation and explain why you selected it.
