Explain why the courts decision was right or wrong explain

Assignment The US Supreme Court decided a landmark employment law case. The name of this case is Wal-Mart v. Dukes. This case involves a class action lawsuit against Wal-Mart for employment discrimination. The plaintiffs alleged that Wal-Mart engaged in systemic gender discrimination and they were seeking to certify the class and sue on behalf of most women who work or worked for Wal-Mart. The Court ruled against the plaintiffs and refused to certify the class.

1. Introduction ! An overview of the facts of the case and set up your position or theme of your paper.

2. Analysis/Argument ! Explain why the Court's decision was right or wrong. Explain your argument and support it with examples or facts. You can make suggestions on how this position will impact future cases or actions or your business decisions in the future

3. Conclusion ! Summarize your position.
