In this reflection exercise, you will describe an instance in which you should have or did model appropriate behaviors as a leader. Then, address the following in your reflection:
• Thoroughly explain the situation, the individuals involved, and the behaviors you exhibited.
• Explain the outcome of the situation and how it related to Modeling the Way or inappropriately Modeling the Way. If you did not effectively Model the Way, describe how your actions were not aligned with Modeling the Way.
• Explain what you learned from your experience.
• Recommend methods for self-improvement in terms of you Modeling the Way for others in an organization.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
