Use the following outline to complete your Project:
A. Synopsis/Executive Summary
a. Outline the purpose of the Project (What are you trying to solve?)
b. Outline the issues and findings of the project without specific details.
c. Identify the theory that will be used.
d. Note any assumptions made (you may not have all the information you'd like so some assumptions may be necessary e.g.: "It has been assumed that...", "Assuming that it takes half an hour to read one document...").
B. Findings
a. Identify the problems found in the project by:
i. analyzing the problem, supporting your findings with facts given in the case, the relevant theory, and course concepts.
ii. searching for the underlying problems
b. This section is often divided into sub-sections.
C. Discussion
a. Summarise the major problem/s.
b. Identify alternative solutions to this/these major problem/s.
c. Briefly outline each alternative solution and evaluate its advantages and disadvantages.
d. There is no need to refer to theory or coursework here.
D. Conclusion
a. Sum up the main points from the findings and discussion.
E. Recommendations
a. Choose which of the alternative solutions should be adopted.
b. Briefly justify your choice explaining how it will solve the major problem/s.
c. This should be written in a forceful style as this section is intended to be persuasive.
d. Here integration of theory and coursework is appropriate.
F. Implementation
a. Explain what should be done, by whom, and by when.
b. If appropriate include a rough estimate of costs (both financial and time).
G. References
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
b. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
c. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
