Explain what engineering ethics is? by using an example of metaethics(use Rachel’s minimum theory be descriptive) and a example of normative ethics(use utilitarianism be prescriptive), then explain if those two theories fall under either special or ordinary ethics, then what are the scope/goals of all three of the ethics and last list the obligations of professions that someone would have after using all three of those theory’s.
