Aristotle identifies the best human life as one that requires perfection of virtues in accordance with his "doctrine of the mean," where virtue are character traits. What character traits do you think are involved in being a successful and ethical member of your profession (as indicated by your major)? Identify those virtues, describe the kind of conduct they entail, and explain why they are especially relevant to your profession, in particular. Then, explain what challenges or obstacles might impede the development and exercise of those traits.
