Explain variety of different groups in a variety of areas

Problem: When dealing with a variety of different groups in a variety of different areas, the nurse needs to be mindful of the possible problems that may occur. A generalization or assumption made about a certain group of individuals is known as a stereotype. A personal sentiment or approach toward a person or group of people that is based on the stereotype that is commonly associated with the person or group of people is called a bias. In the field of health care, the term "implicit bias" is often used to describe a stereotype-based attitude that isn't even aware of itself (Falkner, 2018). This way of thinking could directly change people's knowledge, choices, and actions in ways that could affect how well they are cared for. Three of the best ways for a nurse to deal with the effects of cultural differences are to show empathy, listen actively, and change their communication skills to better help their patients. There is a curriculum that is based on skills and covers a wide range of topics that are important for people who work in the public service sector. Among these topics are how to communicate well, the dynamics of conflict, ethics, budgeting, networking, organizational culture, and other important and situationally relevant topics (Getha-Taylor et al., 2018).
