Review the case study you chose from your Managing in the Public Sector text in this unit's first study.
Instructions
Identify the number of the case study you selected in the subject line of your discussion post, for example, Ethics Case Study 35 - J. Doe.
For this discussion:
• Explain briefly why you selected the case study you identified.
• Explain what you believe to be the ethical issue or issues involved in the situation. Keep in mind that you may have to make your own conclusions based on the information available.
• Explain (using the ethical theories presented in the Introduction of your Managing in the Public Sector text), which ethical principles you would apply to the situation, and why.
Your post should:
• Be at least 250 words.
• Contain a minimum of one reference or citation.
• Follow current APA guidelines for citations and references.
Response Guidelines
After you post your initial discussion, read as many posts as time allows, and then respond to someone who selected a case study different from the one you chose. Please try to choose a post that has had the fewest responses. Briefly review the case study your peer selected so that you have some familiarity with it before you read the post.
• Do you think your peer has accurately identified the ethical issue or issues involved?
• Are there other ethical principles you might apply to the situation?
