b. Summary of the Magnet status model components and diverse data elements that can be used in the hospital's Quality Improvement initiatives that will be measured for redesignation.
c. Explain the use of hospital, state and national data comparison requirements in Magnet redesignation and quality improvement.
d. Three goals that align to Magnet status with an explanation of how these goals can positively impact the hospital's patient outcomes.
