Problem
Rodney is an hourly employee at Dynamo Systems. Although he spends most of his time doing data entry, like most other Dynamo employees, he spends some of his time overseeing a small training program and mentoring newer Dynamo employees. Dynamo recently won a big contract and required all of their employees to work an extra 5 hours of overtime this week to meet the deadline. The HR manager is debating whether Rodney should get time and a half or not and she asks you for advice. Explain to her the general rule and reasons why Rodney should and should not get overtime pay.
