For this assignment, you may choose to explain the struggles of a real-life TI agency based on your research, or you may make up your own.
Imagine that you are currently employed at a trauma-informed agency. Your supervisor has asked you to lead a task force to assess your organization's current trauma-informed practices and policies and determine the potential for success. Prior to completing your report, conduct independent research to learn about how other similarly run organizations became trauma-informed, how they implemented policies, and what models they have used to identify their levels of success. You will then write a reaction paper on your agency's (feel free to create any name you wish) struggles and successes. Be sure to include policies that you believe would be beneficial and what you will use to measure success.
