Problem
Wendy was going to San Diego and was waiting at the AMTRAK train station on a bench. The bench was on top of a wooden platform where she could see trains coming and going. Presently there was a train going to another destination. As it was leaving, Peter ran to get on the train. He carried a Trader Joe's bag with stuff in it. No one could see what was in the bag. The AMTRAK employees were helping Peter by trying to pull him on the train. As they pulled him, he dropped the bag which contained illegal fireworks. The sparks from the train caused the fireworks to ignite and a rocket flew under the platform. It caused a board on the platform that Wendy was sitting on to fly up and hit a light attached to the ceiling. The light then hit Wendy on the head causing a severe concussion. Wendy sues AMATRAK.
