In this activity, you are to fully discuss the five basic competitive strategies, definitions, advantages, and disadvantages of each strategy with corresponding examples of Canadian businesses employing them in the marketplace (see Capsim Documents). You are to outline the steps required to implement the business strategy challenges your select for your business. Explain the factors that shape a firm's organization's culture.
