For your Unit 3 Complete assignment, write a narrative essay (minimum 1300 words) in which you address and discuss the questions and statements listed below. 1. Explain the concept of inchoate crimes. Summarize what constitutes the crimes of attempt, solicitation and conspiracy.
2. Distinguish between first-degree murder and second-degree murder. What is felony murder?
3. How does sexual assault compare to rape?
4. Distinguish armed robbery from other forms of robbery.
5. What is battery, and how does it differ from assault? Can a person be a victim of battery without an assault? If so, explain.
