AVX Stereo Equipment, Inc newly started a "no hassles" return policy. Sample of 500 customers who had newly returned items showed 400 thought policy was fair, 32 thought it took too long to complete transaction, and remainder had no opinion. On the basis of these results make the conclusion about reaction of all customers to new policy.
