- Recourse which include( equipment, marital and labour) and must mansion for each recourse the duration or time taken for work how often the time in a day or a week or a month and the cost of resource
- Estimated and actual cost for each activity(and if the estimated cost more than actual cost write the reason.
- Separate paragraph of each activity.
