Improving Operations and Measuring Improvement of Operations
How could I validate my reasons and I need a way to measure the success of the improvements selected?
I have chosen to offer incentives for night unloading to reduce congestion during daylight hours
and add personnel to have an employee operate the dumps instead of the truck driver (how the clean chip dumps operate with an average of 8 min. turn around); this would involve some capital and extra wages.
