Discussion Post: Pregnancy Discrimination
Post a thoughtful and scholarly response based on and supported by your required readings, media, and research this week that addresses the following:
1) Post the title of the case and summarize the discrimination that took place.
2) Explain how you would have handled the situation prior to the lawsuit in your assigned case based on the law or act, if you had been an HR professional on a team.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
