Homework: Personal Leadership Evaluation
Purpose of Homework
The purpose of this homework is to provide students with an opportunity to reflect on their personal leadership styles at the beginning of the class, as a basis for class learning.
Task
Create a 1,400 words analysis based on the assessment, text, video, and any other information you wish including:
o Explain how you view your strengths and weaknesses, along with a development plan to address both.
o Be specific, and explain your rationale based on the text and video, with cited evidence.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
